REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ACT BRAND NEW. We want you to love your purchase, but due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final with limited exceptions as described below.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any nail products, press-ons, adhesives, tools, or accessories once they have left our facility.
- Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email hello@actbrandnew.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement for the affected item, or
- A refund to your original payment method.
- Replacements and refunds will not be issued for items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or removal of protective packaging.
3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- ACT BRAND NEW is not responsible for packages that show as “delivered” by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
- Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and contact us at hello@actbrandnew.com if you need assistance with documentation.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to our rapid processing times.
- If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will make every effort to assist before it ships, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees that are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not offer refunds for orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect addresses.
6. REFUND TIMING
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm eligibility.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
